We are looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Modeler proficient in Revit and Navisworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling, BIM standards, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple disciplines to support project execution and coordination. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in BIM modeling, including clash detection, Revit family creation, and project coordination.

Required Key Skills:

• Proficient in BIM softwares (Revit & Navisworks) for creating 3D models, generating shop drawings & clash detection.
• Strong Knowledge of BIM Standards and workflows with minimum 2-3 years of Revit BIM modeling experience.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate model clashes between different disciplines.
• Proficient in creating custom families.
• Knowledge on SCAN to BIM is added advantage
