We are looking for a seasoned C# WPF Developer with a strong background in Technical Product Management to join our fast-growing software product team. This hybrid role combines hands-on development expertise with strategic product thinking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-performance desktop applications using WPF and driving product direction by working closely with engineering and business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Development Responsibilities:

• Design and develop rich user interfaces using WPF and MVVM architecture in C#.

• Build scalable, reusable, and well-documented code for desktop applications.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bugs and bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and UI/UX.

Product Management Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between engineering and business teams.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Own product roadmaps, sprint planning, and feature delivery.

• Perform market and competitor analysis to guide product evolution.

• Lead stakeholder meetings and coordinate product demos.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and WPF, with strong knowledge of XAML, MVVM, and Windows desktop application development.

• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner role.

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and version control systems (Git, TFS).

• Familiarity with third-party UI libraries like Telerik, DevExpress is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CSPO, or equivalent product management certification.

• Experience in domains such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
