Job Description

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic L&D / Training Manager to drive end-to-end learning initiatives across multiple departments, including Sales, Support, Business Development, LMS Operations, and more. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and monitor impactful training programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, and growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify training needs across departments through regular interaction with stakeholders.

    • Design, develop, and implement training programs (both classroom and virtual).

    • Create department-specific content for Sales Enablement, Customer Support Upskilling, Business Development Excellence, LMS Process Training, and Compliance modules.

    • Coordinate and manage onboarding programs for new hires.

    • Partner with external trainers or vendors if necessary for specialized training needs.

    • Develop KPIs and evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and ROI.

    • Maintain a training calendar and ensure timely delivery of training programs.

    • Build and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) structure and ensure effective utilization.

    • Stay updated on the latest trends in L&D, Edtech, and Sales Training methodologies.

    • Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs to empower internal leaders and managers.

    • Prepare regular training dashboards, reports, and analysis for leadership review.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.

    Key Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of Sales and Business Development processes (preferably in Edtech or similar industries).

    • Expertise in Instructional Design and Adult Learning Principles.

    • Hands-on experience in managing LMS platforms and e-learning tools.

    • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

    • Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and drive improvements.

    • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content.

    • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and follow-ups.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field).
    • Certification in L&D / Training & Development is a plus.
    • 8+ years of proven experience in a Training Manager / L&D role, preferably in Edtech, IT, or Service sectors.
    • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.
