Job Description
- Solutioning & Client Engagement
- Analyze client requirements and design customized learning solutions aligned with institutional needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, tech, and delivery) to build effective end-to-end solutions.
- Lead client presentations, calls, and responses to RFPs.
- Plan, implement, and oversee key learning initiatives and institutional programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including trainers, sourcing teams, and delivery leads.
- Track program timelines, manage risks, and ensure delivery within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain accurate internal reporting and track key performance metrics.
- Customer Support & Operations
- Address and resolve learner and institutional queries via phone, email, and chat with a professional approach.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues, escalate technical concerns, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain and regularly update the internal knowledge base.
- Support enrollment, certification processes, and feedback collection.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to response-time SLAs.
- Finance & Coordination
- Liaise with finance and operations teams to ensure budgeting, invoicing, and program financial health are on track.
- Support cost analysis and reporting aligned with project goals.
- Proven experience in project management within education, EdTech, or training domains.
- Strong experience in learner journey design and experience analysis.
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms, LMS, CRM systems, and support ticketing tools.
- Skilled in data visualisation, Excel, PowerPoint, and learning analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, proposal development, and client-facing experience.
- MBA or a relevant degree preferred, particularly focusing on education, business, or technology.
