Job Description
Designation: Head Human Resources
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR or leadership role.
Industry preferred- Real estate/ Building material/ Interiors /Architectural firms /similar industry
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Locations: Gurgaon
Joining- 0-15 days preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development and Execution
- Lead the development and execution of the HR strategy aligned with the business goals of the luxury design business.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between the companys mission, values, and culture with HR policies and practices.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Develop and implement a robust recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent for all functions, with a focus on design, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to create a pipeline of skilled talent.
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
- Employee Development and Retention
- Implement a comprehensive employee development program that fosters continuous learning and career progression.
- Design and manage performance management processes, including annual reviews, goal setting, and feedback loops.
- Identify opportunities for career growth and retention, ensuring that top performers are motivated and stay engaged.
- Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement
- Champion the companys values and cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Implement employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms, using data to develop initiatives aimed at enhancing job satisfaction and productivity.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
- Monitor market trends to ensure that the companys compensation practices remain competitive within the luxury design sector.
- Work closely with finance to ensure the compensation structure aligns with budget and business goals.
- Legal Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure the companys HR policies and practices comply with relevant labor laws and industry regulations.
- Stay up to date with HR-related legal changes and make recommendations to adjust policies accordingly.
- Manage any employee-related conflicts or issues, ensuring resolutions align with company policies and ethical standards.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support to execute HR initiatives effectively.
