Job Description

Client coordination forservicereminders & follow up via call/email/etc.
Postservicefeedback from clients.
Cold calling from database.
Preparing & sharing feedback/analysis report.
Promote SCD products to clients.
Handling grievance for dissatisfied customers.
Coordination withserviceadvisors for smooth flow of client vehicle repair process at SCD.
Allocating pick-up & Remove duties to In-house drivers.
Coordination with networkservicecenters for vehicle appointments & repair coordination.
Maintaining data of vehicles repaired & recording in DMS.
