- Job Requirements Role/Job Title:Senior Private Banker-First Private Business:Retail Banking Function/ Department:Retail Liabilities Place of work:Pan India Roles & Responsibilities: "Nurture and manage end to end customer relationship by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by IDFC FIRST Bank Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores Acquire Customers through natural market, open market activities, references from Internal sources via existing branch and digital networks network Secondary Responsibilities : "Ensure regulatory compliance High relationship management orientation; ability to forge effective relationships Strong focus on service delivery Execution oriented, i.e. driven to achieve results Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: "Team development Ensuring team is adequately staffed Target achievement of team members Key Success Metrics: AUM target, Revenue Target, New to Wealth customers Expected to manage a TRV of 100 to 150 Crs and an AUM of 70 to 100 Crs,
