Job Description
- A bachelor's or master's degree.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in recruitment Industry or Relevant work experience in full recruiting lifecycle including job briefing, active sourcing, developing recruitment plan, candidate outreach, offer and close.
- Experience with staffing companies, apprenticeships, or BPO hiring.
- Familiarity with NAPS/NATS or NSDC projects is a bonus.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters for large-scale hiring projects across blue-collar categories.
- Source candidates for blue-collar roles through field visits, job fairs, and local channels.
- Coordinate with job consultants, training partners, and campuses for manpower.
- Build sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referral programs)
- Liaise with clients to understand bulk hiring requirements, job specs, and timelines
- Ensure mobilization of candidates to client sites as per hiring targets.
- Support on boarding, joining formalities, and post-hiring follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate MIS, daily reports, and documentation.
- Handle escalations, reporting, and analytics
- Set daily/weekly performance targets for junior recruiters
- Train, mentor, and review junior recruiter performance
- Experience in volume/bulk hiring
- Good local network for sourcing (camps, panchayats, NGOs, ITIs).
- Strong communication in local language + Hindi/English.
- Willingness to travel for field mobilization (if required).
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Demonstrate team handling skills
