About this job:
Foxconn is the world's largest manufacturer of electronic products. Your team is responsible for providing the software capability to deliver hardware test requirement. As a software engineer in hardware test engineering group, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test solutions based on manufacturing needs and product specifications. Your work ensures the various piece of functional testing process fit together perfectly and keep products developing smoothly from NPI to MP stages.

Responsibilities:
* Support the NPI build in night shift every half year. For every half year, we will have one time night shift for you. Each time will keep two weeks length.
* Develop automated software for hardware functional test using Lua and Objective-C.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and root cause manufacturing test issues.
* Develop software for engineering process improvement using Python or other languages.
* Travel to USA or other regions to support engineering demands for new product.

Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience with software development.
* Experience with one of programming languages, e.g. Python, C++, Objective-C, C#, Java and Lua.

Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with engineering field of electronic product.
* Experience with Objective-C and Lua.
* Ability to develop software architecture for specific application.
* Experience with development of Manufacturing test solutions.
