Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist customers with their technical or administrative issues.
- Resolve customer problems and queries efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 02 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
