Job Description

Ensure embedded firmware development complies with industry standards (e.g., IEC 60730, IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ASPICE, ISO 21434, MISRA-C).
Establish and enforce software development processes in line with regulatory and quality requirements.
Define and implement Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes for embedded firmware development.
Establish coding standards, static analysis, and automated testing frameworks for quality assurance.
Conduct code reviews, defect analysis, and root cause investigations to enhance software reliability.
Ensure adherence to V-Model, Agile, development processes.
Maintain detailed design documentation, test reports, and compliance checklists.
Drive the adoption of software verification & validation (V&V) methodologies.
Hands-on experience with MISRA-C, static code analysis tools.
Certified in ISO 26262 or ASPICE compliance processes (preferred).
Strong knowledge of functional safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434).
