Design and implement Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other configurations.
Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation solutions within ServiceNow.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
Work with REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
Ensure ServiceNow best practices and coding standards are followed.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, bugs, and performance-related problems.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Maintain ServiceNow documentation and provide user training when necessary.
