New Product Development Manager - Soft Toys @ Ultra Media

Job Description

The Product Development Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and launching new plush and soft toy products from idea to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development & Market Research:

Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions to create new toy concepts through market research of emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes within the soft toy industry.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Product Design, Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Toy Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in new product development, preferably in plush toys.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, pattern making, sewing techniques, and soft toy construction.
• Knowledge of toy safety regulations and certifications.
