Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop artwork for packaging design, including carton design, label creation, and printing specifications.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet customer expectations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects from concept to production.
Collaborate with printers to resolve any issues related to printing quality or format compatibility.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical packaging designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in artwork management, design development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of printing processes (e.g., offset printing) and packaging materials (e.g., cartons).
Proficiency in creating digital files for printing (e.g., PDFs) using software such as Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Excellent project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
