Job Description

A showroom hostess is also known as front office executive, showroom coordinator or showroom receptionist and greeter. She is responsible for handling the front office work at the show room. A showroom hostess serves as the face of her employer. She is the first, and sometimes the only person whom the customers meet.

Salary: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month

Role & responsibilities

Greeting and Welcoming:

Warmly greet customers as they enter the dealership.

Provide a friendly and professional first impression to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Customer Assistance:

Assist customers with basic inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Provide information about the dealership's services, promotions, and special offers.

Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable while waiting.

Appointment Management:

Manage appointments and scheduling for sales, service, and test drives.

Communicate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless coordination of customer appointments.

Waiting Area Management:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the customer waiting area.

Ensure reading materials, brochures, and promotional materials are well-stocked and up to date.

Communication Liaison:

Serve as a liaison between customers and dealership staff, relaying messages and inquiries efficiently.

Keep customers informed about wait times and service progress.

Customer Feedback:

Collect and record customer feedback, comments, and suggestions to help improve the overall customer experience.

Address any immediate concerns or issues raised by customers and escalate them to the appropriate personnel if necessary.
