Job Description
- Design, configure, and implement network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform regular network maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure security and reliability.
- Provide network-related support for employees, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and configuring VPNs.
- Implement network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and other security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance network infrastructure.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for team knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on new technologies and network trends, applying them to enhance the network infrastructure.
