2. Purpose of the Job

1 Production: - (Planning and Implementation)

To plan production in shift and meet the level maintaining quality.

2 Productivity improvement: Maximizing batch size to get more output

3 Process efficiency: - (yield improvement)

To maintain and improve yield.

4 Utility management: - (utility control)

To control utility consumption for a batch.

5 Quality management:

To produce product as per quality specifications

6 Safety: To maintain safety norms.

3. Required Experience regarding the job

Please indicate minimum qualification, minimum years of experience or relevant years of experience similar to same scope of work described in this JD, any other skills e.g., language, IT: communication; leadership; problem solving.

1. BB.B.Sc/M.Sc. chemistry or B. Tech
2. 5 years of experience in manufacturing and or formulation, Synthesis of dyes, pigment and or textile Auxiliary
3. E Experience in Independently running shift of a batch operated chemical plant
4. Manpower handling and problem-solving skills
5. SAP production module knowledge and good command of excel.
6. IsoMaintain ISO Documents -Like Log sheet ,Shift report and training Documents.
7. Work with SOP and with Safety and Zero tolerance of Safety.

8. To check regularly the Raw material and Packing material stock and report.
9. PrePreparing SOPs of New Equipments and Process and Providing Training to everyone.
