Job Description
Professional Summary
A highly skilled Cyber & Information Security Department Manager with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing security solutions for enterprise clients in a system integration environment. Expertise in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with a strong ability to develop security architectures that align with business objectives. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, securing complex IT infrastructures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement cybersecurity and information security strategies for integrated IT solutions
Lead the security division, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Oversee security risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management
Collaborate with technical teams and clients to integrate security solutions into IT infrastructures
Manage incident response, security operations (SOC), and threat intelligence programs
Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.)
Conduct security training and awareness programs for internal teams and clients
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with cybersecurity vendors and technology providers

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)- Preferred
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) - preferred
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (or Auditor) - preferred
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) (Optional)
Bachelors/Masters in Cybersecurity, IT Security, or related field
7-10 Years of experience in the GCC
Essential factor
Arabic fluency preferred.
Strong Abu Dhabi client relationships
A proven record of driving cybersecurity business growth
Extensive references and excellent communication skills
