Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Merchandising Audits & Brand Coordination

Conduct daily visual merchandising audits across all mall brand outlets.
Identify, document, and report merchandising inconsistencies or deviations.
Coordinate with store managers for timely resolution of VM concerns.
Maintain photographic evidence and follow-up reports.

2. Category-Wise VM Expertise

Demonstrate strong VM knowledge across categories like Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, and F&B.
Guide stores on category-specific display techniques and strategies.

3. Mall Outlet Aesthetics Monitoring

Oversee the aesthetic appeal of all outlets by ensuring:
- Proper signage placement and quality.
- Visual window displays and props.
- Cleanliness, lighting, and background music standards.
- Correct product tagging and marketing collateral placement.

4. VM Calendar & Weekly Reporting

Maintain and update a weekly VM schedule based on campaigns, brand rotations, and seasonality.
Submit structured reports with:
- Before-after visuals.
- Status updates.
- Pending brand responses.

5. Brand & Campaign Monitoring

Monitor all in-mall brand campaigns and their use of KW Delhi 6 branding.
Track and report digital or offline promotional materials using mall space or branding.

6. Vendor Management

Assist in sourcing VM props, display units, and branding materials.
Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and installations.
Attend vendor meetings, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality standards.
Maintain an updated database of approved vendors.

7. Marketing & Retail Insight

Understand brand psychology and shopper behaviour to enhance store layouts and displays.
Support the ideation and implementation of seasonal display campaigns.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Visual Merchandising standards
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
Strong presentation and communication skills
Detail-oriented with an eye for design and branding
