Coppergate Consultants Pvt Ltd is looking to fill up the openings for Cluster Collections Manager, Flows & Recovery on Coimbatore & Cochin locations.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

To ensure that all Company policies, practices & guidelines are adhered to as per the approved policy. All constituents function smoothly & build synergy in the overall operations of the Cluster.

• -        Revenue Generation
• -        Cluster Profitability
• -        Portfolio Management
• -        Growth of the volume of funding
• -        VOE score
• -        NCL / ANR
• -        Fee Income
• -        RO Productivity
• -        Cluster Net Revenue.
• -        Percentage flow from each bucket.
• -        New Customer Acquisition & Customer Attrition
• -        Customer Care Program

 

Must have cluster handling experience in Banking or NBFC.

 

Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience

Salary : 8 Lak to 11 Lak PA

Location : Coimbatore & Cochin
