Data Scientist @ Infolexus Solutions

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist to analyze large amounts of raw information to find patterns that will help improve our company. We will rely on you to build data products to extract valuable business insights.

In this role, you should be highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math and statistics. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data. We also want to see a passion for machine-learning and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources

• Develop and implement machine learning models and statistical algorithms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

• Visualize data and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Design A/B tests and evaluate experiment outcomes

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in data science and machine learning

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R

• Experience with data analysis tools and frameworks (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Spark)

• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any degree in a quantitative field

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

• Background in a specific domain such as finance, healthcare, or marketing
