Ensure the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Must possess customer service relation and coordination skills
Must possess pleasant and charming personality.
Receive couriers, letters, packages and distribute them to the right recipients.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary, coordinating with the Admin
Coordinate with the Admin team to ensure housekeeping related activities.
Strong communication, importantly oral and presentation skills are required.
We are looking for a person who has:
Female candidate with any bachelors degree.
Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.
Minimum 0 - 1 year of experience in handling the Front office or equivalent related functions
