Job Description

we are looking for an experienced building supervisor primary duty is to ensure the smooth and safe operation of a building, including overseeing maintenance, coordinating staff and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Overseeing regular upkeep, resolving issues, and coordinating maintenance tasks.
Supervising custodial staff, contractors, and other personnel.
Ensuring safety protocols are followed, coordinating emergency plans, and inspecting the building for safety hazards.
Managing budgets, timelines, and project progress for renovations or other construction projects.
Analyzing blueprints to understand building plans and identify potential issues.
Maintaining daily records and reports.
Identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
