Job Description
- Responsible for overall platform design
- Oversight of enterprise scale transformational initiatives
- Provides technical leadership to the platform and project teams
- Creates and maintains detailed architecture diagrams
- Provides architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering
- business solutions
- Resolves technical escalations, including responding to defects and platform outages
- Participates in process and design workshops
- Assists in migrating configuration across instances
- Often the integration expert in the absence of a dedicated role
- Instance experience with cloning, release upgrades, patching, etc.
- A strong background in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Prior experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect
- Experience with CMDB
- Understanding of CSDM Framework.
- Experience with various Releases / versions and upgrade process.
- Understanding of REST /SOAP based integration
- Exceptional analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience delivering highly complex projects in ServiceNow
- Comfortable leading and coordinating client calls and meetings, preparing status reports, presentations etc.
- ServiceNow CSA certified
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
- Hands-on experience CSM
