Job Title: Manager Architect & Campus Planning
Location: Mumbai

About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced Architect with strong campus planning skills to lead the master planning and design of large-scale data center projects. You'll work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and regulatory bodies to develop innovative, sustainable, and compliant infrastructure plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead master planning and design of data center campuses

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and real estate teams

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability goals

• Integrate urban design and green spaces in project layouts

Requirements:

• B.Arch. or Civil Engineering degree

• 10 to 15 years of experience in master planning and architecture (preferably in data center projects)

• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills
