    Job Description:
    We are urgently hiring for the Fintech process for both Back Office (Non-Voice) and Voice Support roles at our Mumbai location. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to join immediately, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced and global fintech environment.
    Roles Available:
    Back Office Executive (Non-Voice) 32,000/month
    Voice Process Executive 40,000/month - 45,000/month
    Key Responsibilities:
    Back Office (Non-Voice):
    Review and process customer data and transactions accurately
    Handle email/chat-based queries and ensure resolution within timelines
    Ensure compliance with internal processes and data security
    Voice Process:
    Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
    Provide clear and effective solutions to Revolut customers
    Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
    Eligibility Criteria:
    Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
    Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts for voice)
    Immediate joiners preferred
