    Job Summary:
    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
    • Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients by fostering relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our recruitment solutions and services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment consultants, to align client needs with the right talent solutions.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices and regulations.
    • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and act as a point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
