    CTC: 7-12 Lacs Per Annum (Variable)
    Experience: 5-15 Years
    Qualification: MBA/Graduate.


    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of the packaging industry, specifically in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Acquisition & Development:

      • Identify and develop new clients within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically targeting the purchase of primary and secondary packaging materials such as cartons and foils.
      • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
    2. Client Visit & Relationship Management:

      • Regularly visit client companies to build rapport, understand their requirements, and ensure that products and services meet their expectations.
      • Address customer complaints, provide timely solutions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    3. Event Participation:

      • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
      • Network with professionals across the global supply chain to establish and strengthen brand presence.
    4. Order Follow-up:

      • Actively follow up with clients for order confirmations, ensuring timely processing and delivery of packaging materials.
      • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the order cycle to ensure smooth transactions.
    5. Cross-functional Coordination:

      • Coordinate with internal departments, including Operations, Exports, and Dispatch, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
      • Work closely with the Accounts department to follow up on clients' payments, ensuring that accounts receivable are managed effectively.
    6. Market Research & Strategy Development:

      • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
      • Collaborate with senior management to develop marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns that align with company goals.
    7. Sales Targets & Reporting:

      • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
      • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • MBA or Graduate degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
    • 10-15 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, ideally within the pharmaceutical packaging industry.
    • Proven track record of acquiring and managing clients, as well as achieving sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
