Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower and staffing industry.

Utilize Odoo ERP to manage and optimize workflows across Sales, CRM, and HR modules.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal departments, including HR, operations, and finance, to align service delivery with client expectations.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.

Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with Odoo ERP, particularly in Sales, CRM, and HR modules.

Proven success in business development roles within the manpower or staffing industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills, especially in tracking and interpreting business performance metrics.
