About the Role:
We are hiring Diploma Engineering Trainees (DETs) for our Production Department. This is an excellent opportunity for young, motivated diploma holders to begin their careers in a hands-on industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in Assembly, Tanking, Core Assembly, Winding, Coiling, Inspection

• Operate machines and assist senior technicians

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations

• Maintain shop floor cleanliness and discipline

• Be open to learning and adapting to new tools and processes

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (DME / DEEE)

• Experience: 05 Years (Freshers encouraged)

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

• Shifts: Willing to work in rotational shifts

Candidate Requirements:

• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical concepts

• Good communication skills

• Team player with a proactive attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow

Compensation & Perks:
