Chief Technology Officer (CTO) As the CTO of TESTRIQ QA LAB, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the technology strategy to ensure the company's continued growth and success. Role Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Experience 5 to 7 years Location Mumbai Work Mode On Site Work Type Full Time Position Overview: As the CTO of TESTRIQ QA LAB, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the technology strategy to ensure the companys continued growth and success. You will lead a talented team of technology professionals and collaborate closely with other executives to align technology initiatives with business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: Technology Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the companys technology strategy. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, advising the executive team on potential impacts and opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology team. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Develop and implement a roadmap for technology investments and initiatives. Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and overall business performance. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Ensure the team is aligned with the companys overall mission and goals. Product Development: Oversee the development and delivery of innovative, high-quality products and solutions. Work closely with product management to ensure technology supports product roadmaps and enhances customer satisfaction. Infrastructure and Security: Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the companys technology infrastructure. Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company and its clients. Vendor and Partner Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external technology vendors and partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure optimal terms and performance. Qualifications: Proven experience as a technology leader in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of successfully implementing technology initiatives. Excellent understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.,
