Job Description
- Lead, plan, and monitor execution of multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
- Oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage and guide the Project Team, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors.
- Ensure strict compliance with RERA, Building Codes, Quality Standards, and Safety Norms.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to the Management.
- Handle contractor negotiations, cost control, material approvals, and site inspections.

Job Overview:
Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering)
Professional Qualifications: PMP Certification, Primavera/MS Project skills preferred.
Experience: 8-12 years (preferably in Real Estate sector)
Specific Skills: Project Management Skills (must be strong). Team Leadership Ability to manage teams across multiple sites. Technical Expertise in RCC, MEP, Finishing works, and Project Execution. Vendor & Stakeholder Management. Cost and Time Management. Problem-solving and Decision-making ability. Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
Personal characteristics: Leadership Must have handled large site teams independently.
Physical abilities: Personality Energetic, Solution-oriented,Result-driven.
