Performs skilled kitchen Pantry operation and maintenance tasks
Key Accountabilities
- Performs skilled Kitchen Pantry reactive maintenance tasks.
- Performs Kitchen Pantry Routine maintenance tasks.
- Performs Kitchen Pantry troubleshooting and Repairs.
- Participates in advanced Kitchen Pantrytasks under supervision.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Responds to client complaints / requests.
- Attends and participates in the commissioning of new Kitchen Pantry equipment installations.
Leads up to four Kitchen Pantry subordinate(s).
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in related field
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on maintenance experience in a related field
- Ability to supervise, guide and coordinate
- Thorough knowledge of related field
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to read technical drawings, and to know commissioning procedures
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
