Production Head (Steel Foundry) Job Details

• In-charge for Production activities of Steel Foundry with capacity 500+ MT per month.
• Responsible for pouring to dispatch of Steel castings
• Process knowledge of the Furan sand system, Moulding / Core making, Melting, Heat treatment and Fettling of Steel castings is essential.
• Required to Interact with Quality, Plant Engineering, Machine shop, Business Development and NPD 
• Responsible for monitoring WIP in Foundry and Machining Vendors
• To Implement disposition decisions on nonconforming products
• To Identify the actual cause of nonconformities reported
• Maintaining safe and clean environment in Post Production area
• Implementing and monitoring of Department Objectives

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical 

Experience: Around 18 - 20 years (Experience in Steel Foundry is essential)

Salary - Based on the present & Candidate expectations.
