Urgent Recruitment for Facility Executive (Soft Services)
Designation - Facility Executive.
Experience- At least having experience of 2-3 Years in the similar field.

Responsibilities:
Preparing and Maintaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
Coordinating with Housekeeping staffs.
Vendor Management (Monthly Vendor meet)
Stock Management of Housekeeping, M&E & Employee welfare items.
Pantry Supervision
Handling day to day Facility & Manpower Management.
Handling & Coordination major client visits.
Responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation.
Ensuring that all paperwork, reports, logs and work-related documents are completed and filed accordingly.
Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping & pantry services.
Knowledge of all chemicals and cleaning methods.
Training provided to HK Staff, mailroom staff & pantry boys regarding client satisfaction & better client servicing
Responsible cleanliness & hygiene levels in all areas of the property.
Coordination with vendors & timely completion of work.
Staff training, inter- department communications, and staff scheduling.
Handles customer service and complaints as well.

Qualification - Any Graduate.
Age - Up to 35.
Gender - Male.
Location - DLF IT Park, Kolkata.
Salary - Up to 25k In Hand (Depending on Interview Performance)
