Designation: : Sr Manager Planning

Gender: Male/Female both works

Preferred Years of Experience : 11-12 yrs

Non-negotiable: Relevant experience of min 8 years in Planning role in Real estate developer firm.

Education : Nicmar pass out preferred

Location: Bandra West

Budget : Max 18L

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Preparing Base line schedule
Tracking schedule, catch up schedule
Resources requirements
Tracking contractor appointment & material purchase
Tracking laisioning & approval
Tracking Consultants drgs & deliverable
Weekly / Bi weekly / monthly progress report
Delay analysis
Preparing MIS repot
PRM PPT
Critical issues flag raising
Maintaining event records
Budget tracking.
Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
Post-graduation /diploma from NICMAR/other reputed planning institute.
11+ years experience in multiple Residential & commercial project handling experience from Beginning to handover of the project
Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, MSP, Primavera, MS office
