Job Title: Full Stack Developer Python + ReactJS
Location: Gurgaon, India
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (backend) and ReactJS (frontend) to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications with end-to-end ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python, especially with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficient in ReactJS, including hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and component-based architecture.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous data handling.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, and unit testing frameworks.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
