Job Profile:
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our fast-paced, remote-first team. The ideal candidate is proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies and is passionate about building high-quality, scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
Craft responsive and modern user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
Design, build, and maintain scalable databases with Sequelize ORM.
Integrate front-end UI with robust server-side logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize new features.
Ensure code quality and seamless deployment using version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (including ES6+ features) and extensive experience with Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, React.js, Tailwind CSS, and Sequelize ORM.
Familiarity with React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Additional Details:
*Travel Requirement:* The candidate is expected to travel to our Bangalore headquarters once every 6 months. All transportation and accommodation expenses will be fully covered by the company.
Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of 4 rounds:
1. *Round 1:* Screening interview conducted by you.
2. *Round 2:* A 10-minute call with our AI agent.
3. *Round 3:* Technical Interview 1 (30 minutes).
4. *Round 4:* Technical Interview 2 combined with a Culture Fit assessment (60 minutes).
