Job Description

Handling end to end recruitment
Design and updating job descriptions
Advertise job openings on various platforms.
Source potential candidates from various online channels and portals
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application form
Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Follow up and answer queries during the selection process.
