Job Summary: About the Role:

Brand Solutions vertical has been a rapidly growing portfolio at Disney Star. The incumbent is expected to work on the Creative Solutioning team for the Entertainment & Kids cluster at Disney-Star. The creative team works on ideation for brand briefs and works on end-to-end execution of successful deals within timelines & budget.

Context:

This position is expected to be part of the Brand Solutions Product & Revenue Strategy team focusing on brand solutions and collateral linked support to sales acquisition, revenue maximization and retention of clients utilizing content & non FCT monetization strategies for the Entertainment & Kids cluster at Disney-Star.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Creative Team to enable revenue generation through Content projects for the Network through development of creative solutions for brand briefs

• Liaise with the Sales team and Channel teams of the Network to understand client needs, develop ideas, presentations and customized solutions based on the briefs received

• End-to-End solutioning for a project from ideation to presentation to final execution of the finalized content strategy

• Tracking of spends to ensure projects are executed within the approved production budgets

• Working closely with the production partners & channel teams for execution of green-lit projects and ensure customer delight

• Work closely with Production Houses, Directors during every stage of Production to ensure the project is delivered as per the agreed terms

Performance Measures:

• Achievement of revenue targets

• Effective implementation of green-lit projects within the allocated budgets & timelines

• Quality of solutions provided

• Positive feedback from clients

Qualifications:

• 5-6 years work experience in Brand Solutions or marketing communications

• Experience & knowledge of content marketing & production of content preferable

Personal Attributes:

• Ability to deal with dynamic and fast paced internal & external environment

• Effective ideation, communication & creative skills

• Non- linear thinking to provide out-of-box solutions

• Understanding of Television & Digital Media is desirable

• Eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Effective communication, interpersonal, customer and problem-solving skills

• High energy levels and go-getter attitude

• Knowledge of one any one regional language & exposure of the cultural nuances (Bengali/ Marathi/ Telugu/ Kannada/ Tamil/ Malayalam/ Oriya) would be an added advantage
