Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Process transactions, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24x7 operation).
Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
