Position Overview:
This position is the member of an Operational & Back-Office Team comprised of Territory Representatives and Specialists. Operations Manager Is An Individual Who Carries Out Administrative And Accounting Duties In A Financial Institution By Organizing And Coordinating Banking Services.
Handle front office branch operations (Teller/Customer Service) and ensure smooth running of the branch includes overall Manage & Supervise operations in the Branch.
Job Role and Responsibilities: Maintain productivity, Perform compliance, service and operations in branch, Generate revenue through privilege customers.
Deliverables: Cross selling of new products and services for both new and existing privilege customers, Maintain good relationship with customers, Provide guidance and advice to the customers about the products and services offered.
Skills and Competencies: Business and service skills, Understanding and knowledge of the product, Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
