Position: Admission Counsellor
Salary: Up to 5 LPA (Based on experience & interview performance)

Working Day - 6 Days Working 
Shift -            General 
Qualification - Graduation 

Work Location- Diamond District, Old Airport Rd, Kodihalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008

About the Role:

As an Admission Counsellor, you will guide prospective students through our Online MBA programs. Your goal will be to provide accurate information, build relationships, and help candidates navigate the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise students on course options, eligibility, fees, and scholarships
Handle inbound queries and proactively follow up with leads
Maintain student records and update CRM tools
Achieve monthly enrollment targets
Communicate professionally in both Hindi and English

Requirements:

6 months to 5 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, or EdTech
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office (rotational weekly off)
