Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements in airline ticketing operations.
Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, including workflow diagrams, procedures, and user manuals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that meet their needs and improve efficiency.
Provide training and support to users on new systems or changes made to existing ones.
Job Requirements :
7-15 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry (airlines or GDS).
Strong understanding of airline ticketing processes and procedures.
Experience with business analysis tools such as BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) or UML (Unified Modeling Language).
Knowledge of IATA standards and regulations related to international travel.
