Helping clients solve queries with computers and peripherals.
Handling clients information with integrity and sensitivity.
Resolving escalations from clients.
Maintainning clients data and troubleshooting if required.

Job Criteria:

Any graduate/undergraduate, experienced/fresher (0-3 yrs).
Candidates should be comfortable to work in 24*7 environment with rotational night shifts.
Transport facilities available.
