The main scope of this activity is to provide AA Business Analyst Services

 

The AA - Business Analyst will be:

1.Capturing the business and functional requirements based on which the automations are created, helping with Business Case creation

2. Creating the SDD documentation containing the business process, AS IS and TO BE diagrams, steps for the automation

3. Initiating and following through the CReW/SNOW CAB3 approval process for RPA

explaining to RPA Developers the business flow

4. Supporting the RPA Developers during the implementation and bug fixing processes

5. Involved in UAT phase in order to ensure good communication between SMEs and RPA Developers

6. Initiating & following through the GNG approval process & Production set up process
