Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and monitor (System administration) of existing SAP setup

Overseeing and managing the configuration and customization of S/4HANA to ensure it fits the specific requirements of the business

Analyzing and re-engineering business processes to leverage the features of S/4HANA, ensuring that the system supports efficient operations

Working closely with various stakeholders

Lead in support the implementation of SAP projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines, budgets, and resources. Secure effective communication on project progression

Track ongoing projects, tasks, incident / bugs, support tickets

Define, perform and support business process testing (UAT)

Provide and support training efforts on any changes being introduced with the new system

Secure Process documented and accessible across functions

Ensure seamless integration between S4Hana and other eco system applications

Identify and support the documentation and resolution of any project issues and gaps

SAP Team Management

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in SAP S/4Hana
• Significant experience in supporting day-to-day SAP operations, issue handling, MDM, Basis Administration, ABAP Development, including project management, business process re-engineering, and change management.
• Should have good control over SAP Integrations
• Experience with organizational change management and implementing change in processes
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, experience working with remote teams, multi-tasking, and agile methodologies.
• Managing a team of SAP Consultants covering their development plan
