Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management).
Design, customize, and implement workflows, business rules, and UI actions as per requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators to ensure smooth integration with other systems.
Ensure proper integration with third-party tools and external systems.
Perform regular updates, testing, and patch management for ServiceNow applications.
Provide support for ServiceNow modules, resolving technical issues and implementing enhancements.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and workflows.
