Job Title : (Job Name) Sr. UI/UX Engineer

Job Purpose

• Hands on design expertise and lead multiple large scale design programs with UX teams to execute projects in design strategy, research, structure design, validation, design designs, UX audits. Mentor design team, manage stakeholders, vendor coordination and evangelize UX in the organization.

Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas

Actionable (4-6)

• Create design strategy in projects
• Conduct UX / Expert Review and UX audits
• Craft / Recommend UX Design framework for projects based on requirement
• Scoping and estimation of projects and ensure delivery compliance
• Institutionalize UX in the bank across product teams

• Participate in daily scrums
• Develop identified user stories, with considerations of security and code quality
• Complete thorough unit testing
• Participate in team code review
• Develop code using best coding practice and adhere to performance, security and compliance metrics.
