Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Connect to data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence.

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Optimize Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability and performance.

Implement row-level security on data and understand application security layer models in Power BI.

Create DAX queries and functions to support business logic.

Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.

Publish reports to Power BI Service and manage access permissions.

Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst.

Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.

Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.

Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
